Ananta Landwise is helmed by industry veteran, Milind Korde with over 3 decades of expertise in the real estate sector. He was the MD of Godrej properties for 9 years and brings in the desired dexterity and direction to the business.

Mrs Bina Korde started her career with the house of Tatas, essaying varied roles in a decade long stint with Tata Housing, eventually heading the sales and marketing verticals of the company. Post a sabbatical, she got back to the corporate world, in the role of an executive director with Ananta Landwise. At Ananta, Mrs Korde leads the charge for the Sales and Marketing verticals and allied activities.

Sir Cowasji Jehangir, an Elphinstone College graduate, has been the Chairman of Jehangir Hospital since 1989, leading the Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute and Jehangir Clinical Development Centre. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee for Sir Cowasji Jehangir School, contributes to the managing committee of Jehangir Art Gallery, and is the honorary Director of the Centre for Photography in Mumbai. His diverse interests include jazz music, bird and wildlife photography, and environmental conservation.

Col. Pradhan has served as a Career Army Officer in the Indian Army for over 35 years. He has completed his graduation from National Defense Academy, Khadakwasla, an M.Sc. in Defense Studies from DSSC Wellington and an M.B.A. from IGNOU. At Ananta, he is heading the Admin and Liaison divisions. He is passionate about mountaineering & loves to explore new destinations. He indulges in an occasional game of golf.

With over 4 decades of experience in the Real estate space with assignments in India, Dubai, Kuwait, Oman & Riyadh, Milind is an industry stalwart. He was associated with Godrej Properties for 16 years as Head of Operations for Residential & commercial projects in Pune & Head of business for Suhail Bahwan Group in Muscat. He is an avid cricketer and a big Bollywood fan. He loves music & exploring new places.

With a Master’s in Marketing Management from NMIMS and a Diploma in Real Estate Management from TSCFM, Devraj brings over a wealth of experience in Communications and Business Development, a decade of which was in Corporate Merchandising. At Ananta, he looks after project coordination, business development, sales and communications. He believes in giving back to society & is active in various social causes.

An architect and designer with an experience of 35 years in the residential and commercial building industry, Khushroo has been a senior associate with some of the best architectural practice firms in the country. At Ananta, he brings his knowledge of building trends and best design practices.

Sachin’s core expertise lies in the field of liaison and regulatory affairs. At Ananta, he ensures statutory approvals for projects from various local and government authorities. He also handles the technical feasibility study of new leads using his reference sources and strong interpretation base of local regulatory norms with respect to MRTP Act 1966, MLR Code 1966, NBC, ULC&R Act 1976/ULC Repeal Act 2007, Land Acquisition Acts and other relevant acts & regulations. He is fond of Hindustani classical music and even plays the flute & harmonium. He likes to indulge in a quick read & go on a trek time & again.

An MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, Tejas comes with ample of experience in Marketing & Sales from across sectors with organisations like Hyatt Hotels, Thomas Cook & Adlabs Entertainment. At Ananta he does marketing and project co-ordination. He is an avid traveller and leisure motorcyclist.

Shyam is a graduate from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture and has an M.B.A. from United Business Institute, Belgium. He has over 2 decades of experience in architectural design and his portfolio includes more than 20 completed projects. Having previously worked with Godrej Properties, Shyam has been with Ananta since its inception and manages the design coordination.

Janat is a Chartered Accountant with noteworthy post-qualification experience. She also possesses a post graduate degree in Finance and Accounts from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. She is also an avid traveller and a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. At Ananta, she is a part of the Finance Team.

Vaibhav is a B.Com. Graduate from Mumbai University and has over a decade of experience in handling real estate accounts. He was earlier working with Dhanshree Developers and has been working in Ananta since 2013.

Vinita is an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management with a specialisation in Marketing. She comes from BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG) with experience in Statutory Audit. She’s a fitness enthusiast who likes to challenge herself by engaging in learning new strength training exercises. She also loves Dancing. At Ananta she is a part of the Marketing & Sales.

Vikrant has completed his MBA in Real Estate Management from NMIMS Business School. Along with having a good knowledge about the sectors in the Real estate industry he is constantly striving to learn new things. Vikrant is fond of Music and is a fitness enthusiast. At Ananta he is a part of Marketing and Business Development Team.

Nupur holds a degree of Civil Engineering from Pune University. She is a highly organized employee and values accuracy, cleanliness and neatness. She is inquisitive and is always eager to learn new things. Nupur is a trained Karate player who has won many District level competitions as well as a state level competition. She understands the importance of safety and has trained women in self-defence.

Dhruv has graduated with a major in Economics and minor in Accounting from the University Of California Los Angeles ,USA. After graduating in 2018, he joined Brookefield as an analyst working in both Investments and Asset Management. He has joined the Ananta team as an Associate.

Ajay is a PR and Communications professional with over 29 years of experience with leading enterprises. He headed corporate communications at Sterling and Wilson Pvt. Ltd. and Godrej Properties Ltd. and has worked at HDFC Ltd., ZEE group, JM Capital and LIC Mutual Fund. An MMS from Welingkar Institute of Management, he has also done several professional courses from Kennesaw State University, HBR etc. He loves to travel, spend time with his family and is also passionate about air rifle shooting. At Ananta he contributes towards Communications, PR, Marketing and Business Development functions.

Progressive Civil Engineer having 30 + years of experience in Real Estate Project Management / Operation, having worked with India’s Best Real Estate Brands viz Tata Housing, Godrej Properties, L & T Realty & Hinduja Realty Ventures. Align Strategic Initiatives with Company Successes to Generate momentum & leverage Key Project Synergies. Vast Experience of Complete Project Operation from Pre-Execution through Execution to Handing Over with exposure to all facets of Project like Design Management, Liaison, Procurement & Contracts, Project Planning, Estimation / Budgeting, Execution, Quality & HSE. He is a Cricket Lover n Foodie & Likes to explore new places.

Nemiraj is a qualified Chartered Accountant of the year 2014. He has a decade’s experience of Financial Planning and Analysis under his belt and has worked across sectors with companies Genpact India, AGS Transact Technologies Ltd, Welspun Global Services and Macrotech Developers (Lodha). He has played instrumental roles in filing for IPO’s and raising funds through QIP’s. At Ananta he looks into Business Development and Project finance. He is a gamer, sports enthusiast and loves socializing.

Reeya holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institution, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from Ramnaraian Ruia College of Arts & Science. She has amassed a rich 8-year tenure in the Human Resource sector, with a focus on both manufacturing and service industries. Majorly foraying in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Administration. She is passionate about exploring new places through travel and unleashing culinary creativity in the kitchen.

She holds bachelor’s in architecture and an MBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure, showcasing a foundation in design and strategic planning. Her professional journey includes roles at P.G.Patki architects , Achyut Kantawala associate, Cushman and Wakefield, where she worked on designing, consultant coordination and market research. Additionally, her certifications in BIM and Bioclimatic earth design highlight her industry advancements.

Possessing 7 years of extensive expertise in industrial, residential(high rise) & smart city projects in metropolitan cities across the country and with companies like Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, JLL. Puskal holds an MBA in Construction Project Management from the RICS School of Built Environment. He is also graduated with a B. Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal. As a Project Coordinator, he has joined our Ananta team. In addition, he is quite interested in football & music.
